Welcome to Internadda! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Internadda website, courses, placement assistance, career tools, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

A. Eligibility and Access

The Service is intended for individuals seeking career development and internship opportunities. You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. Access to the platform is provided freely for course content, while certain services (like Final Exams) require payment.

B. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Sharing course videos, quiz answers, or Final Exam questions/solutions publicly.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.
• Using automated means (bots, scraping tools) to access the Service or collect data.
• Harassing, abusing, or harming other users or Internadda personnel.

2. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

A. Internadda Content

All content included in the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, video lectures, assessments, and the underlying software, is the property of Internadda or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content **only for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.**

B. Restrictions

You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, modify, or transfer any content without explicit written permission from Internadda.

3. Internship Placement and Final Exams

A. Final Exam Payment

The **Final Exam** is a paid assessment. Payment for the Final Exam grants you a single attempt at the certification test. Please refer to our separate **Refund Policy** for specific terms regarding refunds for failed or incomplete exams.

B. Placement Guarantee

Internadda commits to providing **placement opportunities** to candidates who successfully pass the Final Exam and meet all partner criteria. However, we do not guarantee employment or placement, as the final selection decision rests solely with our corporate partners based on their specific recruitment needs and interview processes.

C. User Obligations in Placement

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your resume and interviews during the placement process. Any misrepresentation will result in immediate disqualification from the program.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Internadda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate these Terms, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of **India**, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in **New Delhi, India** to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
