Refund Policy
Transparent guidelines regarding fees, payments, and refund eligibility for all paid services.
This Refund Policy applies to all paid services offered by Internadda, including but not limited to, Final Exam fees for internship qualification and any future premium paid courses. By making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Final Exam Fees (Internship Qualification)
The Final Exam is a paid service designed to rigorously assess your skills for guaranteed internship placement opportunities with our partner companies. The following refund conditions apply to the Final Exam fee:
- Non-Refundable: The Final Exam fee is **strictly non-refundable** once the payment is successfully processed and the exam is accessible to the user (i.e., the user has started or attempted the exam).
- Access: The fee covers the attempt to take the high-stakes qualification test. Since the entire value is derived from the testing opportunity and the potential for placement, the fee cannot be refunded if the exam has been initiated or if the user fails to pass.
- Technical Issues: If a technical issue on Internadda’s side prevents a user from accessing or completing the exam, we will offer a free re-attempt or, if a re-attempt is not feasible, a full refund of the fee paid for that specific exam attempt.
2. Paid Courses or Premium Content
For any paid educational courses or premium content purchased directly through the Internadda platform, the following refund conditions apply:
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a full refund within **7 days** of the original purchase date, **provided** that you have consumed less than 10% of the course content (measured by video time or lesson completion).
- Ineligible for Refund: A refund request will be rejected if:
- The request is made after the 7-day period.
- More than 10% of the course content has been accessed or downloaded.
- A Certificate of Completion has been generated or issued for the course.
3. Refund Processing
All eligible refunds will be processed within **10-14 business days** from the date the refund request is officially approved by the Internadda team. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase (e.g., Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking).
Please note that depending on your bank or payment gateway, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account statement.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team immediately with the following information:
- Your full name and registered email address.
- The exact name of the product or exam purchased.
- Date of purchase.
- Reason for the refund request.
