At Internadda, we are committed to providing high-quality educational content and internship opportunities. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the digital nature of our products and services, we have a specific refund policy outlined below.

2. Online Courses

Most of our courses are offered free of charge. For any paid courses or certification programs:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • A refund will only be issued if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed or completed.
  • Once a certificate has been issued, no refunds will be granted.

3. Internship Programs

Fees paid for guaranteed internship programs or premium placement services are generally non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  • If Internadda fails to provide the promised internship opportunity within the specified timeframe.
  • If the program is cancelled by Internadda before the start date.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Resume building services once the first draft has been delivered.
  • Personalized career coaching sessions that have already taken place.
  • Administrative fees or registration charges.

5. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
